Call Centre Opening Times
The Traveline Cymru freephone telephone number 0800 464 0000 is open from 7am until 8pm Monday to Sunday. The Contact Centre is closed on Christmas Day and we open for reduced hours over the following days:
- Christmas Eve: 7am - 6pm
- Boxing Day: 10am - 4pm
- New Year’s Day: 8am until 8pm
We reserve the right to alter these times if deemed necessary but will make every effort to inform members of the public via this website.
Traveline Cymru Charges
Text messages to the Bus Times by Text service cost the price of a normal text message (this may vary from phone operator to phone operator). The reply is free to the user as it is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government.
