Our Contact Centre agents, based in Penrhyndeudraeth, North Wales are available from 7am - 8pm daily throughout the year. We operate a limited service on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Please note that Traveline Cymru do not run any transport services ourselves, we just provide impartial public transport information via our website, app and Freephone number. If you wish to make a complaint in relation to a bus or train service, in the first instance, please contact the transport operator directly. Operator contact details can be found on our ‘Useful Links’ page.
If you’re unhappy with the response you receive from the operator or they fail to respond to you in 14 working days, you can raise your complaint with Bus Users Cymru, who will investigate it further on your behalf.
