By downloading the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.

 

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Country refers to: United Kingdom

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to PTI Cymru Ltd.

  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a mobile or a digital tablet.

  • Service refers to the Multi Modal Journey Planner Widget.

  • Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Widget.

  • Website refers to Traveline Cymru, accessible from https://www.traveline.cymru/

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

 

Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use

Your use of the Service and any information, are subject to the following restrictions and prohibitions on use: You may not (a) sell, license, rent, lease, loan or otherwise make financial gain from the Service (b) use the Service to develop, of as a component of, a similar resource (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, lease, rental, subscription, or any other commercial distribution mechanism; (c) remove, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service or use any network monitoring or discovery software to determine the Service architecture.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

 

Errors, Corrections and Changes

We do not represent or warrant that the Service will be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. We do not represent or warrant that the information available on or through the Service will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable. We may make changes to the features, functionality or content of the Service at any time.

 

Governing Law

The Agreement, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

 

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
