Mold Food Festival- Saturday 21st until Sunday 22nd 2019

Now in its 14th year, the Mold Food and Drink Festival is set to be bigger and better than ever with exhibitors, activities, music and cookery demonstrations from an incredible line up of celebrity and local chefs.

Pop over to the exhibitors stand and tuck into freshly baked cakes and cookies from ‘Baked for You’, mouth-watering marinated chicken wraps from ‘Big G’s Grill’ and Mediterranean delicacies from Foodstation Wales. The Celtic Spirit Company will also be there to offer their award-winning liquors from the Isle of Anglesey, whilst the Hafod Brewing Company will be on hand to serve you a satisfying collection of Mold brewed cask and keg beer. You can see the full list of exhibitors on the festival website.

For any budding bakers, the Festival’s very on Bake-Off competition is the perfect place to show off your skills in a bid to become star baker. For this year’s competition, competitors are being asked to create their very own healthy carrot cake. Think you’ve got what it takes to get that Paul Hollywood handshake? Get involved!

Also returning this year is the hugely popular Children’s Cookery School and Science Food Lab. Interactive lessons on Magical Milk, Tantalising Taste Buds, Incredible! Edible! Slime! and Fizz! Bang! Wallop! are just some of the sessions on offer for the kids to enjoy.

To find out more about all of these activities, including the line of celebrity chefs, local chefs and live music, head to the Mold Food Festival website.
