New Adventure Travel (N.A.T.) celebrates Catch the Bus week by running events all around South Wales
04 July 2016Catch the Bus Week is an annual celebration of the bus organised by Greener Journeys, to recognise the importance of buses to the UK’s transport mix. It aims to increase awareness of the benefits of bus travel and encourage people who don’t usually think of catching the bus to leave their cars at home and give it a try.
N.A.T. is running a number of events during the catch the bus week to talk to existing customers and to encourage new users. We would encourage all customers to come along and have their say.
As part of this initiative, passengers will be able to meet with N.A.T. Group representatives at the following locations:

Saturday 9 July 2016 – Newport – Meet the Team
N.A.T. will in a N.A.T. bus outside Tesco in Spytty Retail Park from 10:00 – 14:00 giving out timetables, free bus tickets and listening to suggestions from customers. The Newport network has increased significantly recently and is receiving lots of positive comments. However, N.A.T. is aware that there is always more to be done so is keen to meet with passenger to listen to feedback. In the spirit of ‘Catch the Bus’ week, there will be 100 free bus tickets to be given out to encourage new bus users.
Kevyn Jones, Managing Director, said: “We listen to our customers’ feedback all the time but find that it’s also really important to meet with passengers on a regular basis. Whilst Catch the Bus week is an ideal opportunity to do this, we certainly do not limit our interaction to just this one week. We like to encourage passengers to get in touch at any time and to come and visit us at a number of events we take part in during the year.”
