On 6 Nations game days, a full city centre road closure will be in place ahead of and after the game for crowd safety.
During this time, bus services will follow diversions and use different to normal stops. A queuing system will also be in place at Cardiff Central Station. Please see below for details.

Newport Bus
Service 30 will operate from the 10:15 departure until 18:15 via Dumfries Place instead of Station Terrace.
The bus stops will be as follows:
Outbound - drop off at Dumfries Place and Kingsway GC (on North Road, opposite the Hilton Hotel)
Inbound - pick up from Kingsway GC (on North Road, opposite the Hilton Hotel)
The X30 is not affected and will operate as normal from Greyfriars Road.

Transport for Wales Rail
Large events at the Principality Stadium mean tens of thousands of more customers will be travelling on Transport for Wales Rail services. All services to and from Cardiff on these days will be extremely busy and, often, standing room only. Socially distancing will not be possible on services.
Wearing a face covering will remain the law in Wales and customers must take personal responsibility to wear a covering when travelling of services and within enclosed stations, unless exempt.
Please note:
- You can see how busy a train service is before you board by checking the Transport for Wales Rail Capacity Checker.
- You must buy your ticket before boarding the train. You can do this via the Transport for Wales app.
- A post-match queuing system will be in place at Cardiff Central station. Passenger
numbers will be restricted for return journeys, please be patient.
