We have identified an issue with some of the timetable maps on our system. This issue appears to affect circular type services, causing inaccurate straight lines to appear on the route maps at random points.

Our Journey Planner and all other services are not affected by this issue.

Our technical team are working hard to correct this. However, it is expected to take a week for the maps to return to normal.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience cause by this issue. Whilst the maps are being fixed, we suggest that customers do not refer to the route maps on circular routes to avoid any confusion.
