Extinction Rebellion are protesting in Cardiff City Centre from 15/07/2019 until 17/07/2019. Services are currently being diverted and are experiencing severe delays. We will update this page with information as and when it becomes available to us.

Cardiff Bus
Baycar 6: Journeys from Cardiff Bay will end at St. Mary Street (Philharmonic). Journeys to Cardiff Bay will start at St. Mary Street (Wyndham Arcade)
Services 8/9 and X45 to Cardiff Bay / Sports Village will travel via Station Terrace and Customhouse Street to Wood Street Stop JQ then normal onward route to Cardiff Bay / Sports Village.
Journeys to Heath Hospital (8/9) or St. Mellons (X45) are unchanged.
Service 13 to Sports Village will travel via Neville St; Wood St: St; Mary Street and Customhouse Street then onwards to Sports Village. Journeys to Drope are unchanged.
Services 21, 23, 27 will start and end at Greyfriars Road.
Services 15, 17, 18, 24, 25, 61, 63, 64, 66 will travel via Neville Street, Fitzhamon Embankment to Wood Street then Westgate Street. Services 24 & 63 will travel via Llandaff Road, Cowbridge Road West and Neville Street, not Cathedral Road
Services 28, 28A and 30 will travel into the city centre via Station Terrace and start and end Hayes Bridge Road (28, 28A) and Customhouse Street (service 30)
Buses on 44/45, 49/50, 52 and 57/58 to travel via via Station Terrace, Customhouse St, to Westgate Street (Royal Hotel) and end their journeys here. Buses out of the city centre will begin at Westgate Street, Royal Hotel then travel via Customhouse Street, Bute Terrace and Churchill Way.
Service 95 to/ from Heath Hospital will travel via Customhouse Street, Station Terrace and Dumfries Place in both directions.
Services 1, 2, 92, 93, 94, 95A, 95B 96 and X59 unchanged.

Stagecoach South Wales
In Cardiff, due to protesters closing Castle Street - all our services are ending and starting at Greyfriars Road.
This will long as last as long as the Protesters continue their road blockage.
Buses 122 and 124 will divert via North Road ALL DAY and NOT serve Cathedral Road.
Bus 25, will NOT serve Lloyd George Ave and Cardiff Bay.

Our 30 service cannot serve Greyfriars road outbound due to the Extinction Rebellion protest the bus will divert via Mill Street, Canal street, Bute terrace, Churchill way and Station Terrace to Newport road Cardiff until further notice.
