Coronavirus- Transport Service Updates

Monday 11th May

In line with the latest Welsh Government advice, customers are reminded that they should still only be travelling if it is absolutely essential to do so. A number of operators are running a reduced service in order to help key workers travel and for essential shopping or medical needs.

To see the latest Welsh Government guidance for transport operators to protect passengers from the coronavirus, please click here.

We would like to reassure customers that we are continuing to deliver public transport information via our website, app and Freephone number as normal at this time. We will be on hand to update you with the latest information from operators across Wales as the situation continues to change.

If you are unable to get through to our Freephone number (on 0800 464 00 00, open from 7am until 8pm daily) first time due to high call volumes, please try again later and check this page for the latest information.*

Alternatively, you can contact us in the following ways:

  • Email us at feedback@traveline.cymru
  • Message us on Facebook or Twitter @TravelineCymru (we will also be retweeting the latest operator updates)

Please be aware that, due to the fast-changing nature of this situation, it may not be possible to amend our Journey Planner and Timetables page to reflect last minute changes to services. We advise customers to check this page before they travel for the latest information.

Please continue to follow the latest advice from Public Health Wales in relation to COVID-19, including what to do if you have symptoms, what action you need to take to prevent its spread and the latest advice on social distancing and the use of public transport. You can also find the latest advice from the World Health Organisation on staying safe when using public transport here.
