Travel Safe Information

It is important to ensure you stay safe when travelling, and so we have put together some useful links and information to help you feel and stay safe whilst making your journey.

Plan your journey in advance

Having your train and bus times to hand before your journey will give you confidence in knowing where you need to be, minimising your risk of getting lost.

If you use our Journey Planner to plan your journey, you will see the option to print the route details, so you can take these with you on the day.

Similarly, you can also view PDF versions of our timetables, which you can print and take with you on your journey.

You can also call us free on 0800 464 0000 where our friendly, bilingual call centre agents will be on hand to help you with any transport queries you may have.
