Bus Users Cymru is delighted to announce that we have organised a series of special on line ‘Your Bus Matters’ events over the next few weeks, with key managers responsible for planning and delivering the Welsh Government’s TrawsCymru bus network across Wales .

If you are a regular user of the TrawsCymru bus network and you would like to discuss any issue directly relating to TrawsCymru network with the team you are very welcome to join one or more of the sessions below.

• Wednesday 19th August 18.30 – 19.00 focus on fares and ticketing 
• Wednesday 26th August 18.30 – 19.00 focus on pre booking of seats
• Tuesday 1 September 14.00- 14.30 focus on information
• Wednesday 9th September 18.30 – 19.00 focus on faster journeys

If you wish to ask a question relating to TrawsCymru, please include this together with your name, the session/s you wish to attend and which email address you would like the session/s joining instructions forwarded to. We would like to confirm that in accordance with GDPR procedures your details will be deleted after the session/s you have asked to attend and will not be used for any other purpose. These sessions will be held on Zoom so you will need to download Zoom software on your device.”
