Some local changes to the TrawsCymru Weekend Free Travel Scheme.

The TrawsCymru Free Weekend Travel Scheme is still in operation across the T14 service, but from Saturday 15^th September local passengers travelling between Belmont Abbey and Hereford will be charged normal bus fares.
