Route D
Caerphilly - Pwll-y-pant - Pen-yr-heol
From Monday 11 June 2018 for approximately one month, there will be some changes to Route D due to the introduction of a temporary one-way system at the junction of Heol Pwll-y-pant and Pontygwindy roundabout.
Buses on route D from Caerphilly to Pen-yr-heol will operate as normal up to Pwll-y-pant roundabout, they will then use the A468 up to recenydd roundabout, the route will then continue as follows: The Bowls, Heol Aneurin, right into Y Cilgant, left onto Heol Las, left into Pen-y-bryn and onto Pen-yr-heol Terminus. These buses will then return to Caerphilly as Route C so will not go to Heol Pwll-y-pant.
Route D buses from Pen-yr-heol towards Caerphilly will not be affected by the revised layout.
Passengers wishing to return from Caerphilly to Heol Pwll-y-pant should use route C buses leaving Caerphilly at 08:00 and hourly until 18:00. These buses return via Pwll-y-pant as route D after serving Pen-yr-heol terminus.
