Disruptions

First Cymru, Traws Cymru and National Express 

Update:

Carmarthen Bus Station will be reopening on Monday 14 August. All services will revert to their original bay allocations with the following exceptions:

  • Services 221 and 223 to depart from Bay 2 
  • Service 281 at 06:05 to depart from Bay 2

 

Bays 4, 5, 6 and 7 at Carmarthen Bus Station will close for maintenance works from MONDAY 6 MARCH for 2 to 3 weeks. During this time the following bus services will use Bays 1, 2 and 3 on Blue Street: 129, 166, 198, 205, 206, 207, 215, 222, 225, 226 (not the 0835 journey), 227, 228, 322, Col 17, PR1.

When Bays 4, 5, 6 re-open then Bays 8, 9 and 10 will close (and Bay 7 will remain closed) for a further 2 to 3 weeks. This will affect services 195 to QE High School only, 222, 224, 226 at 0835 only, 276, 277, 278, 279, 280, 281, 282, 283, 460, B11, B12, B13, Col 3, Col 8, Col 11, PR1, X14 which will instead use Bays 1, 2 and 3 on Blue Street.

Whilst Bays 8, 9 and 10 are closed the toilets and waiting room will also have to be closed.

During the above periods the following services will continue to use Lammas Street until all works are complete: 195 (buses to Llanelli but not those to QE High School), 197, 221, 223, 281 (at 0605 only), Col 1, PC1, L19, T1, T1c, X11, X29, National Express.
