Windsor Road, Penarth, will be temporarily closed due to road works (from Windsor Lane to Plassey Street roundabout) on the following dates:
- From 19:30 on Thursday 27th February to 06:00 Friday 28th February
- From 19:30 Friday 28th February to 06:00 Saturday 29th February
Buses 92 & 94 will divert along Plassey Street and High Street in both directions.
Bus stops at Plassey Street (on Windsor Road), Police Station and The Dingle will not be served
Please use outbound bus stops at Cogan Leisure Centre or Windsor Arcade; or inbound bus stops at Windsor Terrace or Cogan Leisure Centre instead
