First Cymru will be making amendments to some of their Bridgend and Maesteg services from Sunday 1st September 2019.
We hope to have these timetables available to view on our website shortly. In the meantime, the amended timetables can be accessed by clicking the links below.
65 (Bridgend to Talbot Green): The route will be altered to operate via Wildmill.
67 (Bridgend to Sarn via Penyfai): This service will be withdrawn.
70/71 (Cymmer to Bridgend via Caerau and Maesteg): The service will continue to operate every 15 minutes between Bridgend and Caerau. Services will still extend to Cymmer every 30 minutes to maintain connections with the 83 to Glyncorrwg, Blaengwynfi and Port Talbot.
73 (Bridgend to Blaengarw via Bettws and Pontycymmer): The 22:40 Bridgend to Blaengarw and 23:35 Blaengarw to Bettws will operate on Fridays and Saturdays only. On Mondays to Thursdays, the last departure will be 21:40 from Bridgend to Blaengarw and 22:35 from Blaengarw to Bridgend.
74/75 (Bridgend to Nantymoel via Sarn): Service 74 will run every 30 minutes to Nantymoel and, alongside service 76, will provide an even 15 minute service between Bridgend and Sarn. Service 75 will be withdrawn.
76 (Bridgend to Bettws via Sarn and Ynysawdre): To offer faster journey times, and to provide an even 15 minute service between Sarn and Bridgend alongside service 74, this service will no longer operate via Wildmill and Vale View. Please see service 65 for travel to Wildmill,
85 (Sandfields to Porthcawl via Port Talbot): This service will be withdrawn.
S56 (Bridgend to Brynteg Comprehensive School via Wildmill): This service will be withdrawn.
X1 (Bridgend to Swansea via Pyle and Port Talbot): The 21:20 Bridgend to Port Talbot service will be withdrawn. The last service from Bridgend to Swansea via Port Talbot will depart at 20:00.
X2 (Porthcawl to Cardiff via Bridgend, Cowbridge and Cardiff Bay): The route will be altered.
X3 (Maesteg to Swansea via Bryn and Port Talbot): Additional morning journeys.
X4 (Bridgend to Neath via Pyle and Port Talbot): The route will be altered to operate via Old Road in Baglan.
