Christmas is just around the corner, and we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

December has arrived, and we can’t quite believe how quickly the festive season has rolled around this year! However, certain companies have done well to get us all in the Christmas spirit over the past month, with the release of their heart-warming and magical Christmas adverts.

Most of us can probably remember Monday 28th October as being the day of the ‘big storm’. Severe weather was set to hit the majority of Wales and England, with gale-force winds and fears of flooding and damage from excessive rain.

There are always alternative options to the way we travel, that we may not always stop and think about utilising.

Fresher’s week is a great opportunity for us to recruit new Traveline Heroes – for students moving to a new city, it can be an ideal opportunity for them to discover the best ways for them to get to where they need to be.

Traveline Cymru has seen demand for its travel information increase to record levels during the month of September according to recent statistics, which saw the highest number of pieces of information provided in the company’s history.

Monday 7th October was a big day for us here at Traveline Cymru, as it was the official launch of our Fare Finder service on our website, held at the University of South Wales’ City Campus in Newport.
