The Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay 10K is a popular springtime race that attracts some of the UK’s top athletes. However, charity runners, keep-fitters, and first timers are all encouraged to come along and participate in this fantastic event!
This fast and flat 10k course features some of Cardiff’s most iconic landmarks. Starting and finishing in Roald Dahl Plass, competitors will pass the Wales Millennium Centre, Mermaid Quay, the Pierhead Building, Senedd, Porth Teigr and the Cardiff Bay Barrage. Be sure to take in these incredible sights as you make your way around the course!
Even if you don’t feel ready for a 10k just yet, why not take part in the Brecon Carreg Cardiff Bay Family Fun Run? Put on your running shoes, show off your favourite fancy dress costume, and soak up the race day atmosphere- whatever your ability! The fun run will take place at 10am, just before the main event at 11am.
