The National Eisteddfod is an annual festival celebrating Welsh culture, with a huge programme of activities taking place across the week.
This year, the festival will be taking place in Anglesey. The Maes is situated near the village of Bodedern in the north of the island, convenient for roads and public transport. The postcode is LL65 3SS.
The festival welcomes up to 160,000 visitors and offers something for everyone to enjoy, from literary sessions and performances to competitions and ceremonies.

A courtesy bus operated by Arriva, will connect with their service numbered X4 at Dalar Hir/VOSA between 9 in the morning and midnight from Thursday 3rd August up to and including Sunday 13th August.
During this period Arriva’s journeys operating under the 4 service number, will serve the village of Bodedern from the direction of the village of Llanynghenedl rather than the village of Caergeiliog.
