Chepstow Castle, found above the cliffs on the River Wye, is the oldest surviving post-Roman stone fortification in Britain. From 8th-26th August, these stunning grounds will play host to the much-loved Castell Roc Festival, internationally recognised for its relaxed atmosphere and wide variety of live entertainment.
This is a small and intimate event, perfect for festival goers of all ages. The festivities begin on Thursday 8th August with the spectacular ‘Legends of Roc’ show. Visitors will have the opportunity to see three top tribute shows for the price of one as acts dedicated to ‘Police’, ‘Dire Straits’ and ‘U2’ take to the stage.

Chepstow Castle is a short distance (around 1km) from Chepstow Railway Station, which serves the Cardiff-Gloucester-Birmingham line. The area is also well served by bus services including the 761, 755, C1, C3 and 7XP services. These all stop within walking distance of the Castle entrance.
