6 Nations 2019: Wales vs Ireland at the Principality Stadium- Saturday 16th March 2019

Kick-off: 14:45

On Saturday 16th March (the final day of the 2019 6 Nations), Wales will take on reigning champions Ireland at the Principality Stadium.

Wales and Ireland have played a total of 126 matches against each other since 1882, with Wales winning winning 68 matches, Ireland winning 51, and seven matches drawn. However, it was Ireland who claimed a convincing victory when the two teams last met during the 2018 6 Nations, beating Wales 37-27.

With Ireland ending the 2018 Championships 9 match points clear of second place Wales, the Welsh team will certainly be wanting to prove a point during this final match of their 2019 6 Nations.

You can find out more about the game on the events’ website.
