Cardiff Bus
Baycar will start/end their journeys at County Hall, running to/from the city centre along Schooner Way.
Service 8 will follow normal route as far as Mermaid Quay where buses will end/start their journey (not running to County Hall or Pierhead Street).
We're sorry but we won't be able to serve Wales Millennium Centre during these times. Please accept our apologies for any disruption caused to your journey.
Road Closures
Majority of the road closures will be in force from 10am – 13.30pm, however Britannia Quay will be closed from 6.00am.
The road closures include (all throughout their length):
- Bute Place
- Britannia Quay
- Harbour Drive
- Lloyd George Avenue
- Porth Teigre Way
- Locks Road
- Pierhead Street, from the junction with Bute Place to the junction with Caspian Way/ Falcon Drive
- Bute Street junction of James Street - prohibiting access towards the flourish and Bute Street itself.
- Pierhead Street from its junction with the Falcon Drive / Wave Car Park junction.
- Lloyd George Avenue from its junction with Herbert Street
- Hemingway Road from its junction with Schooner Way
- Bute Street from its junction with Hemingway Road (the road in-between Lloyd George Av and Bute Street)
- Tyneside Road junction with Porth Teigr Way
