Cardiff Bus diversions
As a result of the Cardiff Bay 10k run on Sunday 2nd April, some roads will close and buses will divert between 09:30 and 12:30.
Baycar (service 6)
Buses towards Cardiff Bay will follow their normal route to Callaghan Square then divert via Tyndall Street, Schooner Way and Hemingway Road to County Hall where the route will end.
Buses towards the city centre will begin their journeys at County Hall then travel via Hemingway Road, Schooner Way, Tyndall Street and Herbert Street to Callaghan Square before returning to their normal route.
Buses stops will not be served on Lloyd George Avenue, The Flourish/Wales Millennium Centre, East Bute Street, Britannia Quay and Porth Teigr in either direction during the closure.
Service 8
Buses towards Cardiff Bay will follow their normal route to James Street and will then divert via New George Street/Mermaid Quay where they will end their journeys.
Buses towards the city centre will begin their journeys at Mermaid Quay and follow their normal route from here.
Bus stops will not be served at Bute Street, Wales Millennium Centre/The Flourish, East Bute Street, Pierhead Street or County Hall during the closure.
