Due to the re-opening of Central Way in Heath Hospital, Cardiff Bus services 1, 15, 38, 38A, 51, 64, 65, 95 will follow different routes in the hospital grounds from Monday 22nd August 2016. The bus stop near the main entrance of the hospital on Central Way will also be in use from this date.
Additionally, from Monday 22nd August, the Children’s Unit bus stop will be out of use and replaced by a new temporary stop on Central Way.
Services 1, 15, 51, 64/65 (outbound), 95
Buses will enter the hospital via Heath Park Way then turn right onto Central Way. At the end of Central Way, buses will then turn left where they will serve the Ty Maeth bus stop before exiting the hospital grounds via its normal route.
Service 38
Buses will enter the hospital by their normal route then travel via Heath Park Way before turning right onto Central Way. At the bottom of Central Way, buses will turn right and travel in front of A&E before exiting the hospital grounds by its normal route.
Service 38A
Buses will enter the hospital by their normal route, then travel via Heath Park Way before turning right onto Central Way, left and run along the multi-storey car park, and right at the roundabout to exit the hospital via their normal route.
Services 2, 53, 64/65 (inbound) will not be affected.
