The works that resulted in the recent diversions to Stagecoach Bus services at Mountain Ash were completed two weeks ahead of schedule. As a result, the further amended timetables planned to operate from Tuesday 1sy September will now apply from Wednesday 19th August.
Service 60/60A Stagecoach buses travelling towards Pontypridd will revert to their normal route through the town centre. Buses travelling towards Aberdare will continue to run via Perthcelyn but will be unable to serve Mountain Ash Town Centre, the nearest stop for northbound buses being Nixon’s in Miskin Road.
A revised 95A will be reintroduced running between Asda and Mountain Ash via Ysbyty Cwm Cynon then from Mountain Ash clockwise via Penrhiwceiber to Perthcelyn.
