Due to the temporary closure of Mountain Ash town centre in connection with the replacement of the gas main, there will be disruption to Stagecoach bus services from Monday 20th July as follows:
In the Aberdare to Pontypridd direction, routes 60/60A will divert via Perthcelyn to Penrhiwceiber then double back to serve the centre of Mountain Ash. From Pontypridd to Aberdare, upon reaching Mountain Ash, the bus will divert back to Penrhiwceiber and continue to Aberdare via Perthcelyn. The diversions will add 15 minutes to your journey time.
These diversions will apply until Saturday 29th August and during this period route 95A will be suspended with Perthcelyn served by routes 60/60A.
Revised arrangements will apply from Tuesday 1st September until mid October.
