First Cymru will be making amendments to some of their Neath and Port Talbot services from Sunday 1st September 2019.
We hope to have these timetables available to view on our website shortly. In the meantime, the amended timetables can be accessed by clicking the links below.
34 (Swansea to Neath via Landore Park & Ride, Llansamlet and Skewen): Minor alterations to timetable.
70/71 (Cymmer to Bridgend via Caerau and Maesteg): The service will continue to operate every 15 minutes between Bridgend and Cearau. Services will still extend to Cymmer every 30 minutes to maintain connections with the 83 to Glyncorrwg, Blaengwynfi and Port Talbot.
83 (Blaengwynfi/Glyncorrwg to Port Talbot): The route will be extended to Morrisons Supermarket in the Sandfields area of Port Talbot. Buses will also operate via Neath Port Talbot Hospital, providing a direct service from the Afan Valley.
84 (Port Talbot to Swansea via Sandfields Estate and Baglan): The route will be altered to operate via Ty Canol instead of Church View in Baglan.
85 (Sandfields to Porthcawl via Port Talbot): Service will be withdrawn.
86 (Neath to Port Talbot via Briton Ferry and Baglan): The route will be amended, with buses operating between Neath and Briton Ferry only.
87 (Neath to Margam via Baglan Energy Park and Port Talbot): The service will be increased to run every 15 minutes Mondays to Saturdays between Neath and Port Talbot, with 2 buses an hour extending on to Margam.
88 (Neath to Margam via Baglan Energy Park and Port Talbot): This service will be renumbered 87 to combine the timetables into one route and simplify the network.
X1 (Bridgend to Swansea via Pyle and Port Talbot): The 21:20 Bridgend to Port Talbot service will be withdrawn. The last service from Bridgend to Swansea via Port Talbot will depart at 20:00.
X3 (Maesteg to Swansea via Bryn and Port Talbot): Additional morning journeys.
X4 (Bridgend to Neath via Pyle and Port Talbot): The route will be altered to operate via Old Road in Baglan.
