Please note that we have released a new version of our Android app (3/4/2019) to help improve your user experience.

We are aware that some customers are experiencing technical difficulties with their android app. Please make sure that you have the latest version of our app installed. If your apps are not set to automatically download updates, you may need to delete and reinstall your Traveline Cymru app to access the latest version.

If any issues persist, please email us at feedback@traveline.cymru with the following details:

  • The make and model of your android phone
  • What version of the app you currently have installed (this can be found in your settings)
  • Details of the problems you are experiencing, including the locations that you are trying to search.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope to have these issues resolved as soon as possible.
