Where to catch your bus

1 & 2

Buses will stop at Customhouse Street JL in the city centre. Bus stops not in use: Canal Street and John Street.

Baycar ( 6)

Journeys from the Bay to Cathays Park will follow their normal route.

Journeys from Cathays Park towards Cardiff Bay will divert via North Road, Boulevard De Nantes, Dumfries Place, Station Terrace, Bute Terrace to Customhouse Street where it will use stop JL.

Bus stops not in use: Kingsway, Westgate Street and St Mary Street.

8 & 9 to Heath Hospital

Buses will divert via Penarth Road, Callaghan Square and Bute Street to Bute Terrace where they will continue along their normal route.

Bus stops not in use: Clare Road, Tudor Street, Wood Street and St Mary Street

8 & 9 to Cardiff Bay
 

Buses will divert via Station Terrace, Bute Terrace, Bute Street, Callaghan Square and Penarth Road.

A temporary bus stop will be in place just before the Radisson Blu Hotel on Bute Terrace.

13 to Cardiff Bay

Buses will follow their normal route through Canton then divert via Clare Street, Clare Road, Penarth Road, Callaghan Square, St Mary Street underpass to Customhouse Street.

Bus stops not in use: St David’s Hospital, Westgate Street, St Mary Street.

13 to the Drope

Buses will follow their normal route to Customhouse Street then divert via Callaghan Square, Penarth Road, Clare Road, Clare Street to Canton where they will return to their normal route.

Buses will start and end at Tudor Street.

Buses will start/end at Greyfriars Road.

Buses will divert via Penarth Road, Callaghan Square, St Mary Street underpass to Customhouse Street JG.  Buses will continue to Cyncoed via Bute Terrace before returning to their normal route.

Bus stops not in use: Clare Road, Tudor Street, Wood Street, Hayes Bridge Road.

61 to Pentrebane

Buses will follow their normal route to Meteor Street then divert via Moira Terrace, Adam Street to Bute Terrace.  A temporary bus stop will be in place just before the Radisson Blu hotel on Bute Terrace.

Buses will then divert via under Bute Street bridge, Callaghan Square, Penarth Road, Clare Road, Clare Street, lower Cathedral Road before returning to their normal route.

Bus stops not served: Newport Road, Dumfries Place, Greyfriars Road, Kingsway, Westgate Street, Cardiff Bridge.

61 to Pengam Green

Buses will divert via Clare Street, Clare Road, Penarth Road, St Mary Street underpass to Customhouse Street where buses will use stop JG.

Bus stops not served: St. David’s Hospital, Westgate Street, Wyndham Arcade, Hayes Bridge Road.

Buses will start and end at Tudor Street.

Buses will follow their normal route to Ninian Park Road/Tudor Street junction then divert via Clare Road, Penarth Road, St Mary Street bridge to Customhouse Street where buses will use stop JG.

Buses will continue towards the hospital via Bute Terrace, Station Terrace, Dumfries Place, Park Place before returning to their normal route.

Buses will enter the city centre via Park Place, Dumfries Place, Station Terrace, Bute Terrace and Customhouse Street where they will use stop JL.

Buses will continue to Barry via the rear of Central Station, Penarth Road, Clare Road to Ninian Park Road before returning to their normal route.

Buses will start and end at Tudor Street.  Bus stops not in use: Wood Street and Canal Street.

Buses will follow their normal route from Cardiff Bay Asda to Corporation Road / Penarth Road junction then divert via Penarth Road, Callaghan Square to Bute Terrace.

Buses will follow their normal route to Newport Road then divert via Station Terrace and Bute Terrace where there will be a temporary bus stop located just before the Radisson Blu Hotel.
