We are aware that some customers have been experiencing problems seeing service numbers via the Journey Planner on our android app.

If your updates are not automatically set to download onto your phone, please make sure that you have the latest version of the app downloaded. Service numbers on the Journey Planner are available to view on this version of the app.

If there appears to be no option to download the most recent version of the app, your best option is to delete and reinstall via the Google Play store. You can find the link to do this here: https://www.traveline.cymru/mobile-app-and-text-services/
