The following sections of road will be temporarily closed between the hours of 7:00am and 17:00pm:
1. Dunraven Street from its junction with Gilfach Road, south eastwards for 300 metres
2. The Tonypandy Town Centre Relief Road, from its junction with River View to its junction with Dunraven Street
Alternative Route – from the southern side of the closure, proceed via Dunraven Street, Tylacelyn Road, A4058, Llwynypia Road and De Winton Street to the northern side of the closure
For vehicles travelling in the opposite direction, reverse the directions given above.
Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency service vehicles
The restriction is necessary to enable works to be carried out on or near the roads in connection with the Tonypandy Town Centre improvement scheme.
The closures will be in operation from 7:00am to 17:00pm on Sunday 21st October 2018 or until such time as the works have been completed.
